My first post!

I have recently visited Victoria and Albert, one of the biggest museums in London.  The building’s architecture was meticulously engraved, very fascinating that one could easily notice how humongous it was. It was so tempting that I could not resist not entering. The museum consisted of various wings, each with its own unique atmosphere. My tour around the museum began by inspecting beautiful artworks such as painting and sculptures created by famous artists from all over the world. I strolled around reading the stories behind some paintings, which surprisingly to me were interesting since I never did that before. In addition, one of the museum’s wings was specialised in showcasing outfits worn by famous figures from previous eras. Another section which I truly enjoyed had to do with the Islamic civilisation. Showcasing many artefacts such as their utensils, beautifully sewed carpets as well as their outfits. I noticed that Victoria and Albert also carried art workshops for aspiring artists, which I might as well try enrolling into in the future. Finally, my bewildering visit came to an end and I felt great that my time was spent there, getting to learn about new artworks. V&A exterior
